Slidell Athletic Club offers complete therapeutic massages using Sports, Swedish, Deep-Tissue and even special Mommy-to-be massages in a relaxed and comfortable private clinical setting.  Non-members are welcome.  All massages at Slidell Athletic Club are by appointment only.  Book a massage today!

Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in muscle and connective tissue.  Focus on muscles located between the surfaces of top muscles.  Recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain from physical activities or physical injuries.

Mommy-To-Be Massage

This specialized massage is custom-tailored to meet the needs of expectant moms.  It is designed to help relieve tension on weight bearing joints and ease neck and back pain.  Mothers-to-be should be in their second trimester.
