- B.A.M. (Bodies and Motion) at Ohana Pier
An active and fun interval training experience for kids 7 to 14 led by Certified Personal Trainer Juan Ruiz.
- Creative Energy (see Small Group Personal Training)
"Dance Grooves for Girls" …and exciting program for girls, ages 2 to 6 years of age. Creative Energy is a 12-week dance program that culminates with a small recital at the last class. The girls even participate in making their own costumes!
- Ultimate Fitness Kids (see Small Group Personal Training)
This premium fitness program is led by a team of Certified Personal Trainers and runs the gamut of circuit and interval exercises, from TRX training to Versaclimber to kettle bells, this is a awesome strength and conditioning program for kids that want to improve their sports performance and general wellbeing.
- Pro Camp (see Small Group Personal Training)
Only Slidell Athletic Club offers a training program where aspiring young athletes can train with world-renowned, two-time Natural Mr. Universe, Greg Ducre. Participants will increase speed, strength, flexibility and endurance with this custom-made performance booster.

- Kidz Fitness Kamp (summer only)
Kidz Fitness Kamp is designed by professional educators and trainers to provide school kids with a healthy, fun and active alternative to sitting around on the sofa all summer. Availability is limited and this program typically books up pretty quickly. Call the Club for information about timing, reservations or for more information.
