By doing compound exercises (exercises that use more than one Muscle group) with little rest between sets, you can accomplish an all Around strength training session to really target those major and minor muscles. The circuit training program, that is. This type of training is very versatile and provides tones of variety and calorie-burning in a short period of time. Circuit training combines 8 - 10 exercises that are completed one right after the other, with little or no rest in between.
